• Will I be charged for shipping?

All orders are subject to shipping costs. The shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout. All orders are shipped with Track & Trace and fully insured.

 

• When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days after placing your order. However, unforeseen circumstances or unusually high volumes of orders can lead to longer dispatch times. We will always keep you updated on your order in case of delays.

 

• When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and time of ordering. Orders placed during the weekends are shipped out on monday. 

Orders shipped within the Netherlands have a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Orders shipped within the European Union have a delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union can take up to 3 weeks.

The buyer is fully responsible for all tax and import duties. These costs can vary depending on your location.
